To complete your registration and reserve your spot for this tour you must pay your deposit of $500 per person.

Now complete Step #2 by paying your Deposit  

Registrations will be processed in the order they were submitted provided your deposit payment of $500 per person is either mailed or charged to a credit card within one week of your submission date.

To pay your Deposit by Credit Card

If you would like to pay your deposit now by credit card please click on the Pay Deposit Now button below and you will be directed to the Baird Tours secure credit card payment gateway. Simply enter the number of people for whom deposits are being paid along with your credit card name, number and billing address. Note:  Your deposit is fully refundable until November 1, 2022.

Space on the tour is limited

The Registration Form you submitted together with the payment of your deposit will be processed in the order in which they are submitted. Once we confirm that there is space available for your registration we will send you an email confirming your reservation. Otherwise we will notify you that you have been placed on the waitlist.  

Waitlist Process 

In the event more people register for the trip than we have space available, we will notify you and automatically put you on a waitlist in the order in which your registration was submitted.  Any deposits paid by credit card will be canceled or refunded until space becomes available.  We will notify you when space on the tour becomes available. You will then have 48 hours to confirm that you still want to reserve your spot on this tour by submitting a payment equal to the deposits and payments due at that time (refer to the Payment Schedule).
